Many HOA's cover pool and garden maintenance, but for those that do not, we have a network of pool maintenance and gardeners to keep your common areas looking new and inviting for guests on every stay.
After each stay, we run down a check-list of items and essentials throughout each rental property to ensure that our cleaning team have enough product to restock for the next guests.
Some of our homeowners are able to make it down for their yearly HOA meeting when lots of important decisions are made. For those that can not, we do offer proxy services so that we can represent our owners.
